REVIVAL Electronics LLC provides technical repair, information technology, cybersecurity, data management, documentation, research, and related technology services. All services are performed on a best-effort basis and are subject to the condition of the equipment, information, systems, accounts, and materials involved.

REVIVAL Electronics LLC shall not be held liable for pre-existing hardware or software conditions, data loss, undisclosed damage, loss of access, third-party software or services, manufacturer defects, component failure unrelated to the service performed, or circumstances beyond the agreed scope of service. No guarantee is made regarding third-party software, online platforms, manufacturers, service providers, or information that is unavailable, altered, deleted, restricted, or otherwise outside REVIVAL's control.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, establishing ownership or authorization for devices, accounts, files, and information submitted for service, and maintaining appropriate backups where applicable.

REVIVAL Electronics LLC may provide technical investigation, digital evidence documentation, online activity documentation, research, organization, and preservation assistance involving computers, mobile devices, electronic communications, websites, online accounts, e-commerce transactions, digital records, files, photographs, screenshots, URLs, timestamps, and other information that the client lawfully possesses or is authorized to access.

These services may include technical examination of available information, documentation of observable technical facts, recording URLs and timestamps, organizing screenshots and communications, creating chronological timelines or evidence logs, preserving copies of available digital records, documenting relevant technical findings, and preparing technical reports or organized documentation for the client's records or potential presentation to an appropriate third party.

REVIVAL Electronics LLC does not independently determine the legal significance of evidence, establish legal liability, determine whether a law has been violated, or provide legal opinions regarding a client's circumstances. Technical observations and documentation are provided as technical information and should not be interpreted as legal conclusions.

REVIVAL Electronics LLC does not represent itself as a Massachusetts-licensed private investigator, private detective, law firm, attorney, or legal representative. These services are limited to the technical, documentary, research, and preservation aspects of matters within REVIVAL's stated scope of service.

REVIVAL will not obtain unauthorized access to accounts, devices, systems, communications, or information. Services are limited to information that the client lawfully possesses, provides, or is authorized to access.

REVIVAL Electronics LLC offers a separate technical and documentation assistance service for clients involved in technology-related or e-commerce disputes that may be addressed through small claims or another appropriate dispute-resolution process.

This service may assist clients with technically organizing and documenting information such as purchase records, receipts, invoices, order information, seller communications, emails, messages, screenshots, photographs, URLs, website listings, payment records, shipping and tracking information, timestamps, device information, and other relevant client-provided documentation.

Assistance may include organizing records into chronological timelines, evidence indexes, documentation packages, technical summaries, and other organized materials that the client may use for their own records or present to a court, attorney, insurer, mediator, opposing party, or other appropriate third party.

The Small Claims Assistance service is separate from REVIVAL's Digital Forensic & Technical Investigation service. A small-claims matter may involve digital evidence, but the purpose of this service is to provide technical organization, documentation, and research assistance to help the client understand and present their own available information.

REVIVAL Electronics LLC does not act as the client's attorney or legal representative and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal strategy, legal conclusions, or predictions regarding the outcome of a claim. REVIVAL does not determine whether a client should file, pursue, settle, or abandon a legal claim.

Clients remain responsible for their own legal decisions, claims, statements, filings, deadlines, and communications with courts, attorneys, opposing parties, insurers, or other legal representatives. Clients may choose to consult an attorney at any stage of a dispute.

Nothing in this service description creates an attorney-client relationship, legal representation, or a guarantee concerning the admissibility, sufficiency, authenticity, relevance, or legal effect of any documentation or evidence.
